Directions to NavCal Marine Services LLC boarding locations
FOR ALL LUNCH OR DINNER TIME CHARTERS!
A) Parking is very limited in CalhounS / Riverboat parking lot at noon and especially at night. We must insist that you park in the public parking spaces north of the bridge through the Ruth's Chris parking lot for all lunchtime, dinnertime, and evening charters. Follow the directions below B) , C), E), or F) to Neyland Drive and then exit off of Neyland Eastbound into and through Ruth's Chris/Volunteer Landing parking area. Continue north of the bridge and there is public parking (NOT LABELED RUTH'S CHRIS). Walk down the sidewalk toward the river and turn right just past the railroad tracks to pass over the pedestrian bridge. Come to THE STAR riverboat office barge for boarding.
FOR AFTERNOON SIGHTSEEING CRUISES
B) Traveling east on I-40 take exit 388A James White Parkway (1.8m), bear right
to merge onto Neyland drive.
C) Traveling west on I-40 take exit 389A toward US-441 N/Broadway (0.5m) Turn left
at N Hall of Fame Dr (1.3m) and exit right onto Neyland drive.
D) On Neyland take the first left at the light at Walnut Ave into CalhounS Restaurant.

Knoxville office and dock. Park in any spot.
E) Traveling north on Alcoa Highway follow Alcoa Hwy and take the Neyland Drive
exit.
F) Traveling south on I-75 (275) take I-40 East and Exit 386B to Alcoa Highway and follow
signs to Neyland Drive and take the Neyland Drive exit.
G) At Neyland turn left at the light and travel on Neyland Drive for about 2.4 Miles. At
Walnut Ave. (just before the traffic light), veer right and enter at CalhounS Restaurant.
Travel to the far end of the parking lot until you reach THE STAR of Knoxville office and
dock Park in any spot.
FOR ADA BOARDING
TRACE 1 is a small vessel working off of limited dock space. We have no way to accommodate ADA compliant boarding at Star Landing. We will be most happy to assist anyone with special boarding needs at the Vol Navy Dock near the Three Rivers Rambler ticket booth or at Volunteer Landing Marina. Let us know and we will meet you near the green roofed gazebo used by The Three Rivers Rambler or at Volunteer Landing Marina. Per Coast Guad regulations our boarding gates are 30 inches wide.
WATER TAXI BOARDING
For water taxi service we board under The South Knoxville Bridge (Governor Ned
McWherter Riverside Landing) at 1660 Riverside Drive.
H) Traveling east on I-40 take exit 388A James White Parkway, bear left to continue on
James White and exit onto Riverside Drive. Turn right to stay on Riverside Drive and look
for our sign to turn into Gov Ned McWherter Park just before you go under the bridge.
I) Traveling west on I-40 take exit 389A toward US-441 N/Broadway(0.5M). Turn left at N
Hall of Fame Dr (1.6m). Turn left at E Hill Ave look for our sign (0.4m). Turn right at
Riverside Dr look for our sign (0.3m). Turn right to stay on Riverside Dr and look for our
sign to turn into Gov Ned McWherter Park just before the bridge.
J) Traveling north on Alcoa Highway take I-40 East and follow directions in H) above.
K)Traveling south on I-75 (275) take I-40 East and follow directions in H) above.
We also pickup at River Towne condominiums.
OTHER BOARDING LOCATIONS
We also pickup at Volunteer Landing Marina, Island Home Air Port and on the south side of the river if you call for water taxi service for home football games.
When the Three Rivers Rambler is in operation we pickup at their ticket booth after their first trip returns at 3:30.
